Der Titel benennt die Situation und nicht den Vogel, denn das ganze Foto handelt von etwas, das gleich geschehen wird und im Bild doch nicht geschieht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Komposition lebt von dieser Spannung. Die Bachstelze steht links im Bild, scharf, schwarz-wei\u00df, v\u00f6llig reglos. Rechts schwebt die Libelle, verschwommen und blau, die einzige weitere Farbe, die ich zugelassen habe. Dazwischen liegt eine Diagonale aus leerem Gr\u00fcn, \u00fcber die das Auge immer wieder hin- und herwandert, auf der Suche nach einer Aufl\u00f6sung, die das Foto schuldig bleibt.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe den Vogel klein im Bild gelassen und der Versuchung widerstanden, den Ausschnitt enger zu w\u00e4hlen. Bei einem n\u00e4heren Portr\u00e4t w\u00e4re die Libelle verschwunden und mit ihr die ganze Geschichte. Hier erz\u00e4hlt die Sch\u00e4rfentiefe: Scharf ist der J\u00e4ger, unscharf die Beute, und der Abstand zwischen beiden misst sich in Sekundenbruchteilen.<\/p>\n<p>Bachstelzen jagen zu Fu\u00df, in diesem nerv\u00f6sen, schwanzwippenden Lauf am Wasserrand, aber auch im Flug.
