Der Park ist vor allem f\u00fcr seine G\u00e4rten im franz\u00f6sischen Stil und sein Schloss bekannt, hat aber auch stillere Ecken, und in seinen alten B\u00e4umen begegnet man genau dieser allt\u00e4glichen Tierwelt, wenn man geduldig genug ist, auf sie zu warten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Bild ist um zwei St\u00e4mme und die L\u00fccke dazwischen aufgebaut. Das Eichh\u00f6rnchen sitzt nicht in der Mitte, sondern dr\u00fcckt sich an den rechten Stamm, w\u00e4hrend die senkrechte Rindenmasse links das Bild schlie\u00dft wie eine angelehnte T\u00fcr. So steht der Betrachter dort, wo ich stand, und schaut halb verborgen zu. Alles jenseits der beiden St\u00e4mme ist gr\u00fcn und aufgel\u00f6st, wie ein Teleobjektiv ein Bl\u00e4tterdach wiedergibt, und nur deshalb bleibt ein so kleines Tier vor einem gleich hellen Hintergrund \u00fcberhaupt erkennbar.<\/p>\n<p>Das Licht kam von hoch oben, gefiltert durch das frische Fr\u00fchlingslaub und ohne erkennbare Richtung, und legte einen weichen Schimmer um das Eichh\u00f6rnchen. Es fiel auf Flanke und Ohr statt auf das Gesicht und lie\u00df das Auge im Schatten, mit einem einzigen Lichtreflex: genau so viel, wie man braucht, um zu wissen, dass man angesehen wird. Eine schwebende Sekunde lang r\u00fchrte sich keiner von uns. Ich wollte diese Unterbrechung fotografieren, den Augenblick, in dem das Klettern aufh\u00f6rt und ein ganz f\u00fcr die Senkrechte gebautes Tier v\u00f6llig reglos verharrt.
