Ein junger Baum hatte davon offenbar nichts mitbekommen: Er trug noch eine volle Krone aus trockenen Bl\u00e4ttern in kupfrigem Orange, wie es junge Buchen oft tun, bis der Fr\u00fchling endlich die neuen Triebe hervorbringt und das alte Laub abst\u00f6\u00dft.<\/p>\n<p>Vor diesem flachen, farblosen Nebel leuchtete er wie ein St\u00fcck Glut in einem erloschenen Feuer; daher der Titel. Dieser eine warme Fleck in einem sonst ausgebleichten Bildausschnitt macht allein die ganze Fotografie aus.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe ihn leicht links von der Mitte gesetzt; dahinter staffeln sich die St\u00e4mme Reihe um Reihe nach hinten, und die Trennung der Ebenen habe ich dem Nebel \u00fcberlassen.
